Investigation:

We started our investigation by uploading the video in the InVid tool and obtaining several screengrabs to run reverse image search on them one by one.

On one keyframe we spotted the word Agra. And the vehicle number plate mentioned, ‘UP75’. UP 75 is RTO registration in Etawah. This suggested tha video could be from either Agra or Etawah.

We ran a reverse image search on all the keyframes obtained, and found a similar video on Twitter which looked similar to the viral video.

The caption mentioned that the video showed a clash between supporters of former cabinet minister Raja Mahendra Arindman Singh and ex-block Pramukh Sugriv Singh during a bike rally in Agra. The video was from 2021.

We then did a keyword search and found several reports about the incident.

We also found a video report about the same on the YouTube channel of UP Tak.

Conclusion: Old video of clash between BJP workers in Agra is being shared as recent as claims of people attacking the BJP workers. Viral claim is false.
