Investigation:

We started the investigation by running a reverse image search on the keyframes obtained from the video.

Through a news report that used the same keyframe we found out that the video was that from an ANI interview.

The interview was uploaded by the ANI YouTube channel 11 days ago.

At around 25 mins 17 seconds he is being asked about the guarantee of Congress. Where he equates it with Chinese guarantee. He then goes on to explain that he said Congress guarantees as the Chinese guarantee on the basis of its durability. Women of Telangana are waiting for their 12 thousand rupees, farmers are waiting for loan waiver, girl students are waiting for their vehicles, the guarantee of which Rahul Gandhi gave, hence there is no meaning of guarantee, they will speak about it till elections and they forget about it.

Conclusion: It was found during the investigation that the video was clipped and Amit Shah was talking about the guarantee of Congress and not BJP. Viral claim is misleading.
